Maintenance Fitter – Manufacturing (Day Shift)
Location: Revesby, NSW
Salary: $109,000 + OT + Super
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

My client, a national manufacturing company, is expanding their production team and seeking two skilled Maintenance Fitters to join their modern, high-growth facility in Revesby.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct preventative maintenance in line with site requirements
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment, diagnose issues, and estimate repair times
• Dismantle, assess, repair, and reassemble machinery, equipment, and components
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance
• Perform machinery modifications under direction from the Engineering Manager and Electrical Supervisor
• Install machinery, tools, and equipment to specification
• Use maintenance tools and systems including MEX, logbooks, PM check sheets, schematics, drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Machine/produce components when required
• Connect services where qualified
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing with new and existing team members
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Carry out other duties as requested by the Engineering Manager and Electrical Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter (Cert III Mechanical Fitting or equivalent)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems
• Good communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• A proactive, safety-focused mindset
