Join our boutique office, based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane where you will work with our repeat, referral and walk-in clients who value quality service and expert advice.

We're looking for a Cruise & Travel Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally from a retail background, who is customer-centric, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and booking cruise, flights, and land-based holidays for discerning clients
• Managing full travel arrangements including international and domestic airfares, cruising, accommodation, tours, insurance, and transfers
• Quoting flights and using Galileo GDS (cross-training available from Sabre or Amadeus) - ticketing is handled via a consolidator
• Using the CRM system to log, track, and cross-check all booking information and client communications
• Handling amendments, upgrades, special requests, and final travel documentation
• Building long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Liaising with cruise lines, airlines, wholesalers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Staying up to date with current cruise and travel product offerings

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel consultant role (retail preferred)
• GDS experience - Galileo preferred, but Sabre or Amadeus welcome
• Solid knowledge of airfare structures and cruising
• Comfortable working with CRM systems for workflow and booking management
• Passionate about providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable travel experiences
• High attention to detail, organised, and a team player
