Job Summary
● Position: Loan Information Analyst and Support
● Location: Port Melbourne VIC 3207
● Salary Range: $76,000 – $77,000 per annum
● Employment Type: Full Time
● Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role (Required)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Information Analyst and Support to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting loan processing activities, managing client information, and ensuring that loan applications are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
● Collect and review client financial and personal information to support loan application processes.
● Organise and maintain client data across internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
● Apply established procedures and guidelines to manage information and support efficient workflow processes.
● Support the Mortgage Broker in processing loan applications in a timely and compliant manner.
● Monitor loan application status and identify risks or discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues.
● Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and consistency with lending requirements.
● Communicate with lenders and relevant stakeholders to assist with information exchange and application updates.
● Analyse client information and supporting documents to identify discrepancies and assist in resolution.
What We’re Looking For
● Relevant qualification in finance, business, or a related field
● At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
● Strong understanding of loan processing, financial documentation, and Australian compliance and regulatory requirements
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
● Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
