The Role

Loftus Recreation Centre are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructors to work with a great team  in particular group exercise instructors with a qualification of Les MillsBody Pump, Body Combat, RPM, Body Balance and Core classes.

The ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.

About you 

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Group Exercise Instructors to come and join our fantastic team. If you are a passionate health and fitness enthusiast, then we want to hear from you. 

Skills & Attributes:

• Les Mills highly regarded 
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills 
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise LeaderLes Mills (GEL). 
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate 
• Current CPR Certificate 
• Working with Children's Check 
• National Police Check upon onboarding 
• Program Certification -Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYJAM, BODYSTEP and/or RPM 
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude 
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential 

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
