Your new role
Depending on your experience and interests, we are working on roles involving:
- Managing your own portfolio of commercial or SME clients, domestic books, and niche and specialised placements
- Supporting senior brokers with renewals, endorsements and client queries
- Developing tailored insurance solutions across a wide range of industries
- Building strong client relationships and delivering highquality advice
- Working closely with insurers to negotiate competitive outcomes
- Contributing to business growth through exceptional service and professionalism

- Account Executive - Eastern Suburbs $80k to $90k + Super
- Account Executive - North Eastern Suburbs $75k to $85k + Super
- Account Executive / Senior Account Executive - Regional - 70k to $90k + Super
- Account Executive - Northern Suburbs $90k to $110k + Super
- Account Manager - Western Suburbs $130k to $160k + Super
- Account Director - CBD - $180k to $230k + Super
- Claims Consultant - Inner Eastern Suburbs $70k to $90k + Super
- Claims Specialist - CBD - $98k to $125k + Super
Portfolio types vary but include Property, Liability, Motor, Construction, Commercial and SME, Professional Risks or Corporate programs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in insurance broking or underwriting, or general experience within insurance, such as claims, disputes, or client management
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 ANZIIF (or working towards)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
