Our client is seeking two positions: Institutional Dealing Support and Credit Analytics & Transformation Manager.

Institutional Dealing Support

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the front office team on all trading

support functions, acting as a key point of contact internally (for settlements and sales

teams) and externally (clients). The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multitask,

and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role also offers the

potential to progress into a front-office position over time.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

• Manage the client onboarding process, acting as an intermediary between

internal compliance and clients/prospects.

• Coordinate document collection, KYC verification, and account setup.

Post-Onboarding

• Serve as a main point of contact for existing institutional clients.

• Handle portal-related queries and day-to-day payment or settlement issues.

• Support account management activities for Strategists and Dealers.

• Conduct platform demonstrations and assist with client training sessions.

Dealing Support

• Provide pre- and post-trade assistance to clients and dealers.

• Ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades, including monitoring

deadlines and liaising with the settlements team.

• Track and resolve missing or delayed payments (e.g., MT103 follow-ups).

General

• Support the dealing and strategy teak toms with administrative and compliance-

related tasks, including:

• Credit requests and document management.

• Trade monitoring and reporting.

• Audit and compliance review coordination.

• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Requirements

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·Proven experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a senior

·level.

·Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise

competing tasks.

·High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

·Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to process

·enhancement initiatives.

·Related bachelor degree or work experience of 2 years.

Salary Range – minimum base salary from $90k to $150k

Credit Analytics & Transformation Manager

Role Overview

This position delivers financial information, analytical insight, structured reporting, and long-range performance evaluation to support credit strategy, profitability, and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis, Planning & Performance

  1. Provide financial information and interpret implications for business performance, profitability, and credit utilization.
  2. Deliver long-range forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting related to credit portfolios and commercial performance.
  3. Develop analytical models and KPIs to monitor trends, explain variances, and evaluate credit portfolios.
  4. Assess the financial status and performance of credit-related operational initiatives to support optimisation decisions.
  5. Ensure financial information and compliance with internal business standards

Reporting & Strategic Financial Advice

  1. Support the commercialisation of credit by advising on financial strategies related to credit deployment, earnings distribution, and portfolio optimisation.
  2. Provide structured financial insight to support investment cases on credit opportunities and returns, aligned with business strategy.

Automation and Transformation

  1. Lead the automation and optimization of processes within the team, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  2. Determine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate budget, policies and plans, ensuring alignment with finance, credit objectives and commercial outcomes.
  3. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across operations, finance and reporting frameworks.
