About the role:
- Workshop modification, reworking and testing of new hydraulic components to meet customer’s individual requirements
- Manufacture and testing of hydraulic power units
- Report on equipment following disassembly and inspection
- Ability to work independently and lead other staff members
- Onsite hydraulic support for local customers
About you – Skills and experience:
- Trade qualifications (Mechanical) as a Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic w/ hydraulic experience
- Fitting experience with fixed and mobile plant applications
- Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality
- Fault finding and experience with fixed plant and mining equipment desirable
- Low voltage electrical experience will be an advantage
