Experienced Agi Drivers | High-Spec Fleet | Day & Afternoon Shifts

We are currently offering stable, long-term placements for both Day and Afternoon shifts with a focus on work-life balance and high-quality equipment.

The Role: Precision & Performance

This isn't your first rodeo. You know that Agi driving is a science, not just a delivery job. You’ll be responsible for:

• Load Integrity: Expertly managing slump and mixing additives/fibres with the precision of a seasoned pro.

• Fleet Pride: Operating well-maintained, modern Agi trucks. We expect our gear to be kept in top-tier condition—pre-starts and daily wash-downs are non-negotiable.

• Site Navigation: Confidently handling tight urban sites and varied terrain with safety as your top priority.

• Professionalism: Acting as the face of the company with contractors and site managers.

Shift Options – Choose Your Flow

We respect that you have a life outside the yard. Pick the roster that fits your lifestyle:

Afternoon : 12:00 PM onwards Avoid the morning rush. Perfect for those who prefer a later start and a Monday–Sunday rotating roster.

Day : From 3am onwards Consistent hours for those who prefer the traditional routine.

Note on Training: Even for experienced hands, we provide a thorough site-specific induction to get you up to speed with our tech and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Cabin

We’re looking for a professional who takes pride in their "Road Craft."

• Licensing: Valid HR Licence with a proven, clean driving record.

• Experience: Previous experience in Agitator operations is highly regarded.

• Compliance: Current White Card and a "safety-first" mindset.

• Reliability: You show up, you’re on time, and you get the job done right the first time.

• Vetting: Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
