Naumi Hotels is seeking a commercially savvy, motivating leader to join our established Sydney team as Hotel Manager. We are an award winning group offering long term stability and internal growth for the right candidate. This opportunity would be ideal for a seasoned Rooms Division Manager or Executive Assistant Manager with solid leadership experience looking for a step up.

Somewhat you will do....

  1. Provide strong leadership to all hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
  2. Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  3. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and comfort throughout the hotel
  4. Recruit, train and develop hotel team members to provide top notch service
  5. Manage the hotel's budget, control costs and optimise revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies
  6. Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  7. Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

Our Next Superstar will have...

  1. Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role within hospitality
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  4. Knowledge of hotel management software and financial management
  5. Understanding of industry regulations and trends
