Home Support Worker - Aged Care | Lake Munmorah & Surrounds

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Passionate about aged care – helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
• Live in or near Lake Munmorah including surrounding suburbs Chain Valley Bay, Gwandalan, Mannering Park, Summerland Point, Wyee or Wyee Point
• Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Available Roles: Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
• Hourly Rate: $29.81 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports, assisting with transportation for clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Flexibility: Availability Monday to Friday flexibility to work between 7am to 5pm preferred availability.
• Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!)
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required!
