This is an amazing opportunity for experienced marketers who have had ownership of a P&L.

In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of a brand for a baby product retailer that’s going from strength to strength, expanding interstate and internationally. It’ll suit a commercially minded, senior marketer who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up. It’s a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne offering $150-170k + Super + 20% bonus (WFH 1 day a week).

Experience:

  1. Category Ownership: experience leading a brand in the consumer goods space, setting brand strategy, positioning, CX and GTM plans
  2. Commercial Mindset: ability to own the numbers (revenue/margin/forecasts) and drive ROI.
  3. Marketing Savvy: expert at balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing.
  4. Scrappy & Adaptive: you excel in small, fast-paced environments; ready to iterate quickly and wear multiple hats.
  5. Collaborative Spirit: partner with creative, digital and leadership teams.
  6. Growth Mindset: A brand builder who’s energised by the challenge of scaling a business.
