Groups Specialist - Wholesale Travel
$80K + Super + Quarterly Incentive (OTE $90K)
Brisbane CBD | Full Time (Office-Based)
A highly regarded and award-winning travel wholesaler seeking an experienced Groups Specialist to manage and grow their group travel portfolio.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining group coordination, product sourcing and supplier management, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering seamless group travel experiences.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end group bookings - quoting, packaging, confirmations and delivery
- Build and tailor group itineraries for trade partners
- Create customised group experiences for a variety of travel styles - from milestone celebrations and weddings to special interest groups and escorted tours
- Source and negotiate competitive group rates and exclusive deals
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Load and manage bookings in Tourplan
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive group revenue
About You
- Experience in group travel, wholesale travel or product is a must
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple groups and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tourplan experience highly regarded
