Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Lead multisite operations to drive profitability and sales growth. Coordinate weekly specials, promotions, and marketing activities. Manage wages, costs, stocktakes, and financial reporting. Ensure QSafe, OH&S, and operational compliance across all sites. Oversee HR functions including training, performance, and team culture. Provide daily support to store managers across multiple locations

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in a senior management or multi-site leadership role
  • Strong people management and team-building skills
  • Ability to set long-term goals and deliver against targets
  • Strong marketing and promotional knowledge
  • Financial acumen and experience controlling costs, wages, and stock
  • Calm, eventempered leadership style with strong follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ability to react quickly to changing conditions
  • Understanding o OH&S and food safety compliance
