Full-time Retail Sales Assistant - Moore Park

The full-time role:

Our Snooze Moore Park store is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant who is a confident communicator and skilled at building strong relationships. The primary focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

While prior sales experience is preferred, we value individuals with a good memory for information and a positive attitude, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidates.

The role involves working retail hours, which include rotating weekends and public holidays as required. For the right candidate, part-time hours may be negotiable.

At Snooze, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the sales floor

You will bring:

• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• A strong motivation for sales

• Experience in selling high-value items is advantageous but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• The physical fitness to walk the store floor throughout the day, and the strength to safely carry heavy stock when necessary
