Full-Time Electrical Engineer

About the Role:

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components used in filtration equipment and related industrial operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing electrical systems, circuits and control systems for industrial equipment.
2. Determining the configuration and arrangement of electrical components including transformers, switchgear, cables and control systems.
3. Preparing electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
4. Interpreting engineering specifications, standards and regulations relating to electrical equipment and installations.
5. Testing, commissioning and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.
6. Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
7. Investigating electrical faults and recommending engineering solutions to improve system performance.

Key Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Fluent in English.
3. At least 1 year of proven experience in an Electrical Engineering or related role, preferably within a similar industry.
