Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with fresh, local ingredients.

- Manage food ordering and stock inventory with a focus on sustainability.

- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional dining experiences.

Required Experience and Skills:

- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.

- A culinary arts qualification is preferred.

- Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Passion for culinary excellence and a drive to learn and grow.

Base Salary Offer:

We offer a competitive base salary ranging between $75,000 - $80,000pa and depending on experience.
