We're recruiting for a well-established, proudly Australian-owned bedding manufacturer with over 40 years of success. Known for handcrafted, made-to-order mattresses sold directly to the customer, this brand has built a reputation on quality, integrity, and genuine customer care - no middlemen, no hard sell.

The Sandringham showroom is a relaxed, low-traffic space led by a passionate and experienced Store Manager. We're now looking for a mature, reliable, and motivated Sales Consultant to join the team - someone who enjoys helping people make meaningful purchasing decisions and is looking for long-term, stable employment.

About the Role

• Consult with customers to find the right sleep solution - no pressure, no gimmicks

• Support the Store Manager with daily showroom operations and admin

• Learn a unique, non-traditional retail sales approach

• 3-5 days per week, including weekends

• Full product and system training provided

• Occasionally assist with deliveries or light stock handling

About You

• Proven reliability and strong work ethic - you show up, every time

• Confident working solo during downtime - self-driven and proactive

• Mature-minded with strong communication and people skills

• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet

• Tech-savvy and open to learning systems

• Own reliable transport and live locally (essential)

• Comfortable in a sales-focused role - results matter, but it's never pushy
