HOLLYBROOK PTY LTD is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Retail Manager to join our team.

Salary Range – $75,000 – $85,000

Business Location – Warrnambool, VIC 3280

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning

• Plan and control product range, inventory levels, and service standards in line with customer needs

• Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to support business growth

• Drive sales by promoting products and services and supporting in-store marketing initiatives

• Assist customers with product selection, providing accurate information and high-quality service

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions

• Monitor and manage store budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance

• Lead, train, and supervise staff, including rostering and performance management

• Ensure excellent customer service standards and effectively resolve customer concerns

• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2), or at least three years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in a retail management role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and sales targets

• Ability to work full-time
