Forklift Operator

Core Responsibilities

This is a dedicated warehouse role with no production line duties. Your focus will be entirely on:

• Truck Operations: Rapid and safe loading and unloading of curtainsiders and containers.

• Putaways: Moving incoming raw materials and finished sauce pallets into designated racking and floor locations.

• Warehouse Flow: Managing the staging areas to ensure the yard and warehouse remain clear and organized.

The Schedule

• Shift: Consistent Morning Shift (Early starts).

• Commitment: Must be available 5 days a week.

• Overtime: High volume of OT available for those wanting to maximize their earnings.

Requirements

• Must have Forklift Experience: Proven track record operating Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced transport or distribution environment.

• Valid LF License: Current and valid high-risk work license is mandatory.

• Reliability: A rock-solid work ethic and the ability to commit to a full-time weekly roster.

• Spatial Awareness: Expertise in maneuvering pallets safely around heavy vehicles and tight racking.
