Job Description – About Us
Quality Builders is a well-established privately owned Building Company, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth specializing in Commercial & Residential Transportable Modular Builds.
With a substantial pipeline of work ahead an excellent opportunity for a fixing carpenter experienced in Steel Framed Construction &/ or Modular construction is available to join our company.
Mostly based in our Forrestfield yard, with capability to travel to various regions throughout the State to complete projects on site
The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
- Installation of internal and external fit out with attention to detail
- Installation of doors & door hardware
- Installation of skirtings
- Ensuring the continuous management of safe work practices
This position will suit candidates who meets the below criteria:
- Experience with steel frame construction, ideally modular/ transportable (preferred)
- Trade qualified (preferred)
- Construction White Card (desirable)
- Tools and equipment suitable for Construction sites
- Work in safe manner
- Take pride in workmanship
- Ability to read & interpret drawings / plans & specifications
- Ability to work independently & solve problems
- Punctual, Reliable and Trustworthy
- Working at Heights (advantageous)
- First Aid desirable
Salary offered from $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
