A well-established fire protection services business based in Botany is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join its Testing Team, supporting a team of 10 fire testing technicians. This is a busy, hands-on role focused on coordination, compliance support, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment where attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

The Role The Service Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating testing works, supporting technicians, managing client enquiries, and assisting with quoting and compliance-related tasks. The position is based on-site in Botany and acts as a central point of contact between technicians, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities • Scheduling testing works, technicians, and parts to meet service requirements
• Preparing and managing defect and compliance-related repair quotes
• Responding to client enquiries and service requests
• Supporting technicians with day-to-day operational needs
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Raising purchase orders and completing general administrative duties
• Taking meeting minutes and assisting with reporting as required

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
