As a Fine Resolution Officer you will analyse, interpret and apply relevant legislation and policy to assess and resolve fines-related matters. You will support the delivery of high-quality service across multiple channels, exercise sound judgement in decision-making, and contribute to the development of team capability through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
