Position: Full-Time Chef
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (based on experience)

Redlands Sporting Club, a well-established and community-focused venue in the heart of the Brisbane Bayside, is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team.
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-paced kitchen—delivering quality meals, leading a team, and innovating on the plate.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across a variety of cuisines
- Leading a team of cooks and assisting in daily kitchen management
- Developing and testing new menu items and specials
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creativity and flair for innovative dishes
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- English language proficiency (mandatory for visa sponsorship)
