Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with preparation and coordination of tender submissions
  • Undertaking quantity take-offs
  • Requesting, collating and analysing supplier pricing
  • Preparing supplier comparison schedules
  • Transferring take-off data into estimating spreadsheets
  • Supporting the preparation of project cost estimates
  • Assisting with tender letters and submission documentation
  • Managing tender addenda and maintaining document control via online platforms
  • Accurately logging and maintaining supplier quotations in internal systems

Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm
About You

  • Genuinely interested in building a long-term career within electrical services
  • Motivated to learn the commercial and technical aspects of the industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, “can-do” mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
