We specialise in the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment, including fridge freezers, washing machines, dryers, televisions, microwaves, and other home appliances.

Due to continued growth and expansion of our operations in Adelaide, we are seeking at least two (2) qualified and experienced Electronic Equipment Trades Workers to join our team.

Position Overview

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment and appliances. The successful candidates will undertake systematic fault diagnosis, testing, and repair work to ensure all equipment meets operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Examining and testing machines, equipment, and electronic systems to diagnose faults
2. Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective components and wiring
3. Reassembling, testing, and adjusting equipment to ensure proper operation
4. Installing, maintaining, and servicing electronic appliances and systems
5. Conducting performance testing and verification in accordance with technical standards
6. Recording and reporting testing and repair outcomes
7. Advising on correct operation and maintenance of equipment
8. Applying knowledge of electrical and electronic principles in all repair and servicing work

Minimum Requirements

1. AQF Certificate III (including at least two years of on-the-job training), or AQF Certificate IV in a relevant field; OR
2. At least three (3) years of relevant full-time work experience in lieu of formal qualifications
3. Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment and appliances
4. Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment (e.g. multimeters)
5. Strong understanding of workplace safety standards
6. Good communication skills and attention to detail
