Electrician

Randstad Darwin is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a well-established team in Darwin. This permanent, full-time position offers excellent career stability, local work (no FIFO), and a competitive salary of up to $115K + Super.

What you do:

• In consultation with the Technical Team Leading Hand deliver maintenance schedules to facilities to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that maintenance works are carried out in accordance with prescribed safety legislation and work towards improved quality standards.
• Provide breakdown support for a diverse range of complex electromechanical equipment
• Provide general support and assistance for special projects on a day-to-day basis
• Work without supervision and carry out tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Report on deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Electrical maintenance and fault finding

What we need:

• A Grade NT Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence.
• Electrical maintenance experience preferably within Commercial or Industrial sector.
• Electrical maintenance fault-finding capability.
• Hold or obtain an Airside Driving Licence Category IV.
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card and pass an Australian Federal Police Check.
