The role
We’re expanding our team and are looking for permanent Electrical Assembly Workers / Heat Pump Assembly Workers to join our Revesby factory.
In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble heat pumps using detailed plans and drawings, ensuring high-quality builds within set timeframes. Safety and development are core to how we operate — you’ll rotate through different tasks, broaden your skill set, and boost your earning potential as you progress.

About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Experience in continuous flow manufacturing or assembly
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive, dependable attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- HVAC experience
- Brazing and/or electrical assembly experience
- Sheet metal/fabrication experience
This role requires full, unrestricted Australian working rights. All successful candidates will complete a pre-employment medical, including physical assessment and drug and alcohol testing.
