As our Ecommerce Specialist - Content & Trading, you’ll drive the performance of our Sheridan websites by optimising the end-to-end site trading and content strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day eCommerce trading activity across Sheridan’s websites to deliver strong sales, margin, and conversion results.
- Support the development and delivery of engaging site content and merchandising plans that balance commercial performance with brand consistency..
- Oversee product presentation — ensuring copy, imagery, SEO, and on-site merchandising are accurate, cohesive, and optimised.
- Monitor site performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid retail and digital trading experience in an eCommerce environment.
- A commercially minded approach with a strong understanding of online performance drivers
- Experienced in online merchandising, and on-site optimisation.
- Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with website content tools and HTML/CSS for page building.
- Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
