Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to act as the key link between customers, warehouse, transport, and operations, ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for your customers, managing day-to-day queries and coordination
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through clear and professional communication
  • Coordinate orders with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues
  • Accurately process rates, charges, and customer data
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the warehouse management system
  • Track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including warehouse staff and fleet controllers

What you'll bring:

  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work under pressure
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; WMS experience advantageous)
  • A team-focused mindset with a proactive approach
