About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Revesby. This is a full-time position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Provide general administrative support to the team
About You
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
What We Offer
Full time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per weekÂ
