As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience
- Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
- Supporting the Manager by ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen

Attributes you possess
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of the team
- Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Assistant or Supervisor wanting to progress in their retail career.
