Corporate / VIP Travel Consultant | WFH

The Role:

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Corporate / VIP Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for high-profile travellers and executive clients.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing time-sensitive and detailed itineraries. You'll work closely with clients to deliver seamless travel experiences while ensuring all bookings meet required processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport and complex itineraries

• Provide consultative travel planning to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective travel solutions

• Handle both individual and occasional group travel bookings

• Maintain accurate booking documentation and internal records

• Ensure all travel arrangements follow required approval processes and internal procedures

• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional service

• Manage urgent and last-minute travel requests within service level agreements

• Attend internal and client meetings when required

• Contribute to team performance targets and service delivery standards

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in a similar travel management role

• Strong GDS experience

• Excellent airfare and ticketing knowledge (including Published, Nett and NDC fares)

• Strong hotel product knowledge including room types, rates and cancellation policies

• Ability to manage complex itineraries and high-touch VIP travel requests

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with urgent requests

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
