Coventry Pavilion is one of the amazing and stunning venue in Morley WA.

- Located in the Coventry Village, the venue serves authentic and gourmet À la carte dishes with fully licensed bar.

- Our venue is open 7 days a week.

We are looking for a Full Time Head Chef , Chefs and Cooks

The successful candidate must:

- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet company’s standards

- Have passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served

- Ability to keep the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen

- Very good communication and organisational skills

- Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling

- Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP.

- Flexible with working hours (including weekend and public holidays).

To be successful in this role you must have:

-- At least 3 years experience as Chef or Cook OR at least 1 year experience as Chef/Cook and Certificate III & IV in commercial cookery, diploma in hospitality management preferred.

- Innovative and creative approach to cooking.

- Thorough understanding of food safety requirements.

- Experience with training junior chefs and trainees
