With increasing customer demand and sustained business growth, the restaurant is seeking to strengthen its kitchen operations through the appointment of a qualified and experienced Cook to support day-to-day service delivery and maintain high-quality food standards.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum

Location: 479 Henry Lawson Drive, Milperra NSW 2214

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, ensuring consistency in portion size, presentation, and quality.
  2. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation across all service periods.
  3. Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP principles and regulatory requirements.
  5. Assist in coordinating kitchen operations during service to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of meals.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2–3 years of full-time experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present dishes consistently in line with established recipes and standards, particularly in high-volume service settings.
  3. Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP compliance.
  4. Proven ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment and work effectively under pressure.
  5. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a professional and adaptable approach to work.
