You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the head chef in daily operations. JINDY HOSPITALITY GROUP PTY LTD is looking for Skilled Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 2 Bay Street, Jindabyne NSW 2627

As a Cook KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Must be experienced working as Cook

- Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu

- Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces and condiments for daily kitchen operations

- Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen

- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and

rotation of kitchen ingredients

- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen

- Stock rotation and reordering

- Presentation and plating of food

- Ability to work in a team

- Very good communication skills

- Good Communications Skills

- Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipment

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum AQF Certificate III or Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification.

- Prior experience as a Cook or Chef minimum 1 Year.

- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.

- Ability to work Full Time.

- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
