  2. Manage the entire process of contract variations, including negotiating change requests with relevant parties, drafting amendment documents, coordinating internal approvals, and communicating revised terms to clients for confirmation.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms reflect client credit requirements and company risk management guidelines.
  4. Liaise with clients to clarify contract details, address queries, and secure timely sign-off for credit-related agreements.
  5. Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant financial laws and internal policies.
  6. Assist in updating contract templates to adapt to changes in credit regulations or market needs.

About you

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience working as a Contract Administrator.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and compliant contracts.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  5. A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a small-team environment.
