To enhance our service speed and quality, we recently launched "Alex," our AI assistant that provides 24/7 support to tenants and landlords. As we rapidly expand our portfolio across Docklands, Box Hill, and Southbank, we are looking for an organized and proactive Contract Administrator to join our core operations team.
The Role
You will be a key member of the Forge operations team, working under the Director's guidance to ensure all administrative and contractual processes run smoothly. You will bridge the gap between sales, leasing, and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts and lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with Australian real estate regulations.
• Data & Systems Maintenance: Maintain client records, lease expiries, and rental ledgers using our internal management system. Assist the team in leveraging our AI tool ("Alex") to improve data entry and query efficiency.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding lease renewals, rental payments, and routine maintenance requests.
• Administrative Support: Assist the property management and sales teams with daily reports, filing, bond lodgements, and issuing forms (e.g., Section 52 statements).
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Previous experience in contract administration, real estate administration, or legal assistant roles is preferred (internships considered).• Skills:o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Must-have).o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.o Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Console, PropertyMe, or REST) is a plus.
