Construction Project Manager
The Company:
Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. We are expanding our manufacturing facility and require an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our development team.
The Role:
Your focus will be managing delivery and construction of the manufacturing facility development project. Provide guidance to the project team for program and processes, finances, HSEQ management, procurement, contracts and stakeholder relationship. The main responsibilities of the position will be:
·Contract Management
·Explain architectural drawings and specifications to related parties
·Project Management of all assigned pipeline projects
·Project cost control
·Ensuring the building must comply with Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia
·Liaising with key stakeholders (Architectures, Engineers, Owner, Sub-contractors, other Authorities)
·Prepare constructing program for forecasting and controlling project
·Maintaining and improving existing quality assurance documentation and procedures
·Prepare Contract tenders
·Procurement: Must be familiar with the procurement channels of building materials in China and monitor the quality of materials
·General site management and coordination of works
Key requirements:
·Tertiary study in related fields
·Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
·English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
·Good communication skills and high attention to details
·The ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers, and trades
·Technical understanding of all facets of the building process
