The Opportunity

This platform already has mass global usage across individuals, teams, and organisations. Your role is to convert that adoption into revenue, owning the full sales cycle across commercial accounts and helping customers scale their usage across teams and departments.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product-led growth and consultative SaaS sales, working closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to drive sustainable ARR.

As a Commercial AE, you’ll own deals end-to-end from qualified opportunity through to close, working with fast-growing companies and well-known brands across the APAC region.

You’ll be responsible for:

  1. Running a structured, high-quality sales process
  2. Managing multiple opportunities in parallel
  3. Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Expanding usage within existing accounts
  5. Consistently delivering against ARR targets

This is a role for someone who wants to develop into a top-performing SaaS seller, with a clear path into Enterprise or strategic accounts over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  2. Work closely with SDRs on pipeline generation and account strategy
  3. Run consultative discovery to understand customer needs and use cases
  4. Articulate value and ROI to commercial buying groups
  5. Close new business and drive expansion opportunities
  6. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  7. Sell into organisations across multiple industries throughout APAC
  8. Continuously improve your approach using data, feedback, and coaching

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience closing deals in a B2B sales environment (SaaS preferred)
  2. Confidence running discovery and managing a sales process end-to-end
  3. Strong communication skills with mid-level to senior stakeholders
  4. A commercial mindset — you enjoy value-based selling, not discounting
  5. Comfort working with data, forecasts, and CRM systems
  6. A flexible, growth-oriented, and coachable attitude
  7. Professional-level English (selling globally)
  8. Full working rights (citizen / PR / unrestricted visa)

Bonus (Not Required)

  1. Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
  2. Exposure to product-led or inbound-heavy sales environments
  3. Background as a BDR/SDR with a clear progression story
  4. Experience selling across multiple markets
  5. Degree (any discipline)
