• Perform general domestic tasks including cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing, and basic household organisation.
• Provide light meal preparation and assist with grocery lists or shopping runs as requested by clients.
• Assist with home maintenance tasks such as changing bedding, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
• Support mobility and simple household transfers where required, following client care plans and safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients and coordinators to confirm appointments, report concerns, and update task completion.
• Maintain confidentiality, show respect for client privacy, and uphold a consistent, punctual schedule.

• Has Car: Yes — reliable vehicle for travel between client homes across Helensvale and nearby suburbs.
• License: Full Australian Driver’s Licence required.
• Checks: Current Police Check and Working With Children Check required and must be maintained during engagement.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Proven ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to varied client needs.
• Previous domestic assistance, home care, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
