About you:

- Passionate about food & hospitality.

- Self-motivated, professional, with strong attention to detail.

- Thrives working part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Well-presented and punctual.

What we are looking for

- Experience in this role working in a quality establishment, minimum 2 -3 years experience.

- Certificate IV or Diploma or higher formal qualification is essential.

- Detailed knowledge of food and produce.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.

- Have full Australian working rights.

- Available to work nights and weekends – we offer flexible work arrangements agreed upon in advance

- Calm demeanor, friendly and attentive.

- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

- Strong knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements.

- Experience in working with and sourcing suppliers.

- Creativity in menu planning and presentation with the desire to produce quality food and take genuine pride in your work.

- Clear communication skills.

- Hospitality professionals eager to advance and grow their careers.

- Strong and proven leadership experience, if applying for Sous Chef Role.
