Candidate must have:

·1-2 years previous experience as a chef.

·Be able to work within a team to continue to meet the high standards expected excellent communicate

·Relevant qualification of industry skills or proven experience

·Strong management and planning skills

·Attention to detail

·Passion for food and producing high quality dishes

·Driven to achieve high standard and efficient service

The position is required to undertake the following duties:

·Prepare, cook and present food as per recipes quickly and efficiently to a high standard;

·Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times to health and safety regulations;

·Coordinating with a team under pressure

·Ordering, receiving, rotating & controlling stock

·Ensuring WHS and OH&S is adhered to and maintained

·Communicating with the head chef with regard to menu planning

We will provide:

·Good working environment

·Two days off per week

Schedule:

·Flexible hours

·Public holidays

·Rotating roster

·Weekend availability
