Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
Assist with menu planning and seasonal menu development
Kitchen Operations
Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen staff
Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients when required
Ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods
Food Safety & Hygiene
Maintain compliance with Australian food safety regulations
Follow proper food storage, preparation, and hygiene procedures
