Currently, DEL POSTO 2409 we are looking for :

Experienced Chef who thrives a fast-paced environment, has a great work ethic, loves delivering great service AND can maintain an incredible balance of getting things done with team working ability.

Position is Full – Time permanent (38 hours)

Salary offered: $76515 - $85000 p.a. with superannuation

The ideal candidate will possess following attributes.

· Experience working in a commercial kitchen.

· Knowledge and experience preparing and cooking Italian cuisine

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Provide training and discuss food preparation technique with the other kitchen staffs.

· Ability to train, cook within a team and solely.

· Managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

· Managing customers feedback and online reviews

· Training staff members in areas such as food hygiene, menus, and cooking techniques.

· Can produce high quality meals under time pressure and work within a team.

· Driven in your attitude to producing quality in everything you do.

· Stock management duties including stock takes and recording wastage.

· Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste.

· Practice compliant food health and safety through safe storage and utilising FIFO principles

· Cleaning duties within kitchen area to ensure the kitchen is well presented and always cleaned.

· COVID-19 considerations: covid plan in place
