You are a skilled chef with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial kitchens, including proven capability in running a section or leading a small team. Your Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations and coordinate stock ordering

• Uphold strict food safety and storage standards

• Lead the team confidently during peak service periods

• Mentor colleagues while bringing innovative ideas to the table

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen

• Demonstrated leadership or section management experience,

• Experience with various cuisines and dietary requirements

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety compliance

A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to continuous learning
