About This Role
1.To design and determining the food and labor costs and placing an order for food supplies.
2.Promoting the Staff Development.
3.Supervising the serving dishes during cooking and presentation.
4.Collaborating with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen and wait staff to address food preparation matters.
5.To show the new techniques and directing on cooking methods.
6.To ensure the customer Satisfaction and chosen products are in acceptable shape.
7.Maintaining inventory levels and minimizing food waste.
8.Planning and coordinating kitchen staff schedules.
9.Team and Culture Building.
10.Inspecting Ruling, Describe rules and regulation regarding Food safety, Cleanliness and Personal care.
11.Responsible for recruitment and provide the training to new employees.
12.Managing portion control to maintain consistency and cost-effectiveness.
13.Responsible to freezing and store the food products.
Qualifications & Experience:
·Applicants must possess Diploma in Hospitality Management or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
·One year of experience as a full time chef
·Strong ability to carry out tasks with precision and attention to detail.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality or safety.
·Ability to develop and improve recipes or menus.
·Sound judgment, particularly in high-pressure situations.
·Proven capability to accurately follow instructions.
·Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
·A proactive and positive mindset.
·Well-structured and organized approach to work.
