The Venue
Merivale has been hard at work behind the scenes to deliver a fresh and exciting hospitality experience to Sydney’s key stadiums at Moore Park– the SCG and the brand new and shiny Allianz Stadium (SFS). The stadiums will be hosting some of Sydney’s biggest events including concerts performed by leading international artists and major sporting events.
For this new venture we have pulled together an army of top Merivale talent, including executive chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. During your next visit to the SCG or SFS, expect a wide range of Merivale favourites, including Bert’s, Felix, Totti’s pasta bar, Coogee Pavilion, Jimmy’s Falafel wraps, and many more.
The Role
We are on the lookout for driven and passionate Chef de Parties’ to join us. Reporting directly into the senior kitchen team you will be assisting in maintaining and delivering high quality products and dishes across both stadiums.
You will get the opportunity to not only work alongside some of Merivale’s top talent you will also be working in a brand-new kitchen space with all new equipment. Our kitchen team collaborates with each other to deliver exceptional experiences across both venues in a variety of dedicated food spaces.

Have at least 1+ year in a CDP role within a restaurant, bistro, or casual dining
You will be focused on organisation, quality, and consistency.
Ideally you will have experience working in fast-paced high-volume venues
Confident running a section and guiding junior staff
Have availability across weekends and game days
You will be working in some of Merivale’s most popular brands and will be expected to produce the same quality product whether in the restaurant or at the stadiums.
