- Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu;
- Preparation of contemporary style dishes;
- Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers;
- Ordering food and kitchen supplies;
- Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;
- Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees;
- Involvement in the selection process of potential employees;
- Preservation of food;
- Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
- Staff rostering;
- Menu costing.
Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus one years of full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant position; OR at least 3 years of experience as a Chef. Please send CV
