1. Ensure excellent customer experience
2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
3. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business

4. Financial Management

1. Manage budgets and control costs
2. Monitor daily sales and expenses
3. Handle cash flow, billing, and deposits
4. Prepare financial reports for owners or upper management

5. Inventory & Supply Management

1. Order food, beverages, and supplies
2. Monitor stock levels and reduce waste
3. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices
