Business Development Manager Sugar

Bundaberg Walkers Engineering Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to support and grow its sugar industry operations in Australia and overseas.

Skills and experience required:

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in the sugar industry
2. Thorough understanding of sugar milling processes and equipment
3. Demonstrated experience in business development, client liaison and contract negotiation
4. Proven ability to prepare tenders, proposals and commercial quotations
5. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
7. Willingness and ability to undertake domestic and international travel
8. Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements

Desirable:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
